Talon Series Magnum Spinnerbait
Designed by request of Falcon Lake guide Robert Amaya, the TALON SeriesTM Magnum Spinnerbait is a giant 1-1/2 ounce behemoth that we've collaborated on for nearly a year. With a heavy 0.045" spring tempered U.S.A. stainless steel frame and a beefy 6/0 Mustad Ultrapoint hook, it's built specifically to handle the toughest deep water applications - from ripping through submerged mesquite, huisache or thick timber to slow rolling and dead dragging along ledges, humps and other deep structure.
Anchoring the TALON SeriesTM Magnum Spinnerbait is a head that’s designed for contacting deep cover and structure. A flat belly makes the bait ideal for dead dragging and slow rolling along the bottom. The low center of gravity helps maintains the bait in an upright position both on the fall and during contact.
TALON SeriesTM Magnum Spinnerbaits feature custom Talon heavy gauge, Premium Finish 24K gold plated and polished nickel blades in a variety of configurations, from double #4 willows for dead dragging to #3 Colorado—#6 willow for slow rolling and #4—#6 willows for maximum flash. Stainless steel beads are used as blade spacing for the highest level of durability, and genuine SAMPO Ball Bearing Swivels assure flawless spinning performance. All baits are hand painted in-house and feature some of the most beautiful, durable finishes on the market. Lifelike 3D eyes and hand tied, banded and wire wrapped custom skirts complete the package.

This beautiful 10lb+ bass was caught 7-11-09 at Falcon Lake using a Talon Magnum Spinnerbait in Bluegill color. Photo courtesy of Falcon Lake Guide, Robert Amaya.
