The Shibui Rio Tilapia is my go to Spinnerbait. I have great success with it year round. When I add a 4" June Bug Dead Ringer Trailer to it, Bass cannot resist its presentation. Today 7-30-2010 in South Carolina it was 100+ degrees, the water temp was 90 deg, but the rio Tilapia still put bass in the boat. I was slow rolling it in 11'ft of water and the bass wore it out. Literally, wore it out. I just submitted an order for another one, along with a a few other Talon Spinner Baits to try.. FISH ON!!!
